Description
Ever since 2017, it has been possible to book renovated houses at Marinapark Volendam. These can be found in two linked variants, both split across two floors. The entrance can be situated on the ground floor or first floor.
This includes a 6-person house (NL-8707) with three bedrooms, one of which is on entrance floor and two of which are on the first floor. The entrance floor features a living room and fully equipped kitchen along with a separate toilet. The first floor is home to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the landing.
A 7-person house is also available (NL-8708). You have the choice of three bedrooms, all on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed, and one bedroom with three single beds. The first floor also features the bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet on both the entrance floor and the first floor.
Both houses are modern and fully furnished. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combo and coffee machine. All beds are single box-spring beds. You will have a garden with terrace and garden or balcony and furniture at your disposal. There is a parking near the object.

The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as describedYou will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability

Date of stay: June 2018Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und praktisch aufgeteilt. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (16 Monate) da und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Der Park hat eine tolle Lage, man kann zu Fuß bis zum Hafen in dem schönen Städtchen und zum Supermarkt. Der Park selber bietet einen kleinen Strand und viele Spielmöglichkeiten für kleine Kinder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder! Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber, sehr familienfreundlich.

Date of stay: December 2017 - January 2018Unser Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm und entspannend! Das Haus war sauber, großzügig gestaltet und wohnlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich (zum Beispiel wurde unser anfängliches WLAN-Problem direkt behoben). Die kleine Promenade im Städtchen Volendam war selbst im Winter belebt und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!
