The location is great 10pm barrier Recall you have a family, on holiday and everywhere is buzzing, so restricting people to talk after 10pm should be looked into, Moreover, you can not control the massive noise from cirencester, pubs around etc, why is then 10pm curfew, My views, but lovely setup

The location The apartment is comfortable Really close to a metro (#7) Some groceries stores and bread shops nearby Some nights could be noisy because of some restaurants and a karaoke bar, not bas but could be difficult
