Location and staff communication excellent, Assistance and support prompt and efficient, when problem identified, Communication and feedback always timely, So good we decided to extend our stay by a few days Faulty piece of equipment, but engineer sent promptly, for diagnosis and planned repair,

Location is excellent 100 metres from the metro(Nation )and 50 metres from the RER, Very accessible to Gare de Lyon and various metro lines including metro 1 which goes to a lot of the main tourist places like the Louvre, and all the way to La Défense arena, Very quiet in terms of traffic but gets noise from RER at times, Close to numerous bakeries and restaurants, 150 metres from a couple of supermarkets (G20 &, Picard), Neighbourhood is good and vibrant, Check in a little complicated but communication with the agency was fine, You have to go first to a launderette to pickup the keys from a lock box system, Various codes are needed but you only get them last minute so you need data on your phone, Uncomfortable sofa bed, noise of RER that vibrates through the appartment, but isn',t too intrusive at night, it',s very small for more than 2 people and there',s a lack of some equipment for cooking and eating,
