Fantastic location just steps from the Raspail Metro in Montparnasse, our favorite neighborhood to stay in Paris, For about the same cost as a nearby four star hotel, you get a lot more space and a full modern kitchen, Most Paris hotel rooms are very small, There are numerous electric outlets located throughout the unit, The upstairs couch is a sleeper sofa, Just a few minor things, The building has two first floor commercial spaces, one of which was recently converted into the rental unit, It has an exterior rolling shutter which you can lower for added security when away, Curtains cover the windows and provide adequate privacy from the street, The bedroom is located downstairs while the bathroom is upstairs, The stairway, while perfectly navigable, would not be code compliant in the U,S, The treads are a little narrow, and the railing does not go completely to the top or bottom, We did not have a problem at all, but you need to be careful,

Newly renovated , New modern appliances, Very thoughtful interior design and decoration with quality furnishings, Very safe and secure, Quite spacious with Bedroom and bathroom well separated from kitchen and living areas, Ground floor apartment, which was perfect for me, but some prefer to be higher up,
