Absolutely wonderful! Home from home, It was a lucky ',rare find', as it was a last minute trip to Paris, I travelled with my 8yr old &, mum arriving at Gare du Nord only 10 mins by taxi, We had minimal luggage thankfully as it',s on the 2nd floor with no lift, There',s a Franprix next door which comes in very handy, The apartment is tastefully decorated with lots of natural light and shutters/,balconettes which I love! The location perfect just a 3 min walk to the steps/,funicular of Sacre Couer, Sadly the building next door obscured our view of it, but it',s literally out of the window although you can',t see it, The beds are very comfortable, one is a sofa bed, Clean towels &, water provided inc small soap/,shampoo which is a nice touch, Entry to the building is very secure, I felt very safe, Overall I would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect and the flat had everything I needed, Would recommend, It',s a lot cosier than a hotel stay, I',m 5f1", and unfortunately I couldn',t',t reach the keybox to get to the keys! Luckily the neighbor was passing and was able to help, However, the owner allowed me to leave the keys in the flat on departure, Stairs could be an issue if you lack mobility or have heavy luggage, It',s on the 2nd floor, No lift, It',s close to bars and restaurants so expect some street noise until the early hours but not terrible, it was Aug during the Olympics the busiest time of the year, Everything was in good working order and clean, although some furniture was a bit wobbly eg kitchen table &, bed, Watch out for the kettle top falling off when pouring, I was concerned about the £500 deposit however I was reimbursed, Very good communication with the owner/,management team, Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay,

Clean, bright, stylish apartment in really steps from Sacre Cour! New and modern furniture, very comfortable beds, Franprix supermarket is on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient to buy food and everything you need, No any even small shelf in shower- nowhere to put shower stuff, It was inconvenient, And taking deposit 2 weeks before checking-in isnât right,

Very spacious and clean, Great location, Good that essentials were provided - soap, toilet paper, Check in - this was very stressful, The company say access to the building is via a fob, but you canât get the fob/, keys until you have access to the first door, This is a flaw in the process, We had to phone /, email the company and have a stressful 30mins waiting for someone to get back to us about how to access the building, This must be able to be sorted, previous clients have also commented on this and it makes for a very stressful arrival, Secondly the main bed is very wobbly, The legs are either not attached properly or insubstantial, It feels like it might break,

Die hervorragende Lage sowie Helligkeit und Platzangebot im Appartement Die Möblierung im Wohnzimmer, speziell der Couchtisch, hat die Nutzung des Schlafsofas erschwert, Spülmaschinen Tabs, ausreichend Toilettenpapier und etwas mehr Geschirr wären nützlich gewesen
