Room not as described, my apartment was only 1 bedroom not 2 bedrooms as advertised and booked. I had to pay extra on arrival to get the room I booked, no one was able to resolve as belvilla do not own the property and the local agent has no record of the booking details. customer service did not resolve and still 10 weeks on they have not updated the listing, offered any apology, resolution, refund or even a response !
