Location, comfort, The only issue we had during our stay was the WiFi connection, the staff tried to give us alternative that didn’t work, but overall was good,

The property was very comfortable for a family of five, We were there during the hottest days in Paris this summer, and while there was no air conditioning, the fans provided for each of the rooms kept us comfortable, We were not asked to make a deposit when we booked and paid for the accommodation in advance, When required to make the deposit in order to get the check in information, we had just arrived at CDG and didn’t have a data plan that worked with the US to receive the needed text message security code from our US bank, It took over two hours and much back and forth communication between us, booking,com and the property manager before we were finally told we could use PayPal to make the deposit, If we had known about the deposit, we could have paid it in advance at the time of booking when we’re were still in the US, Alternatively, if PayPal had been offered as an option to pay the deposit in the email requesting the deposit, it would have saved much time and aggravation,

The host was very kind, welcoming and always responsive when communicating with us, A very comfortable, spacious apartment with fully functioning facilities such as hot shower, HD TV, fast WiFi, good cooking facilities, The cleanliness was thorough, Super location at 2nd Arr, very close to many lovely restaurants, bars etc,

Check in directions were very detailed and made it easy to get keys, Hosts were very responsive, We had a slight problem with drains in the shower and sink, The hosts responded immediately and had someone come and fix them first thing the next day, Location was excellent, Metro is just steps away and several restaurants and a Mono Prix within 2 min walk, Floors were quite dusty&#47,dirty but the rest of the apartment was clean,
