The location was walking distance to Champ Elysees, There were some good bakeries&#47, cafes that you can easily walk to e,g, Maison Mathieu Pacaud and Azur Cafe, The accommodation was tidy and similar to that of the pictures, Basic essentials were available e,g, an iron, washing machine etc, It is located on the ground floor so wheelchair accessible, It was very useful to have 2 toilets available (1 bathroom, the other a toilet and sink), The bathroom had towel warmer which was a nice touch and some toiletries were provided, It was spacious for 4 people any more, it may have felt too crowded as there was a sofa bed in the main living room area, The apartment was difficult to get into, We had a disabled traveller with us and the access code given was not working, We tried several numbers to get through to someone and an hour later we were still stuck outside in the cold, Someone eventually called us but we missed the call, moments later we called back but the person wasn&#39,t available again, which meant more waiting, The information was only released a day before so was difficult to double check the information, Also, the information for emergency contact was not clear, The information to return the keys was given at 5pm the day before which was not enough notice especially if you&#39,re busy in the evening and have to travel early in the morning for the next day, The place to return the keys was closed anyway due to the early timings, I wish clearer information was given to avoid time wasted and hassle especially when travelling with a disabled person, Other than this particular issue the apartment was great, For people who are searching for a parisian balcony this apartment did not have one but was stylish nonetheless,
