Very clean house

Family trip to the Olympics, Great location, so close to Gare Du Nord and whole of Paris, Modern, squeaky clean, well furnished, as new, It would be hard to find a better place as a base in Paris for all the seasons of the year bar summer, The single failing of the property is the heat soak that comes in during summer, It’s like a sauna in all bar one bedroom, It was 28-30 degrees when we came which is normal and not an excessive temperature, Simply put there’s no air conditioning, Avoid in Summer, for the rest of the year this is a brilliant property,

First of all,I was very impressed because my expectations were exceeded,the apartment is a 5 Star apartment and luxurious we had everything at our disposal, service was 1 class,Infact is really value for money,You have everything nearby shops,restaurants and connecting to main Paris centre was very okay,Gare du Nord was a 6 mins walk and from there u connect with the Metro und Train,I must say I am making this apartment my permanent apartment anytime I will visit Paris with my family,Communication with Host was excellent,🫶🏿👌👍🏽For everyone wanting to visit Paris go nowhere just book this apartment and you will have the best experience of your life, None

Property is close to station, groceries and restaurants At night there were bystanders, too loud that we can hear from inside

So easy to access the property Toilets smells so bad
