This breathtaking four bedroom villa is the perfect place for a vacation with your friends and family. The villa offers a private terrace with heated swimming pool and garden. Within the swimming pool, guests have unheated massage tub on their disposal too.
Around the private swimming pool you will find sunbeds and parasols, garden with children's playground, furnished terrace with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area perfect for a summer dinner. Pool towels are provided.

Two boat moorings are available for guests upon request. There is a sea and land access to villa.

Ironing Facilities and safe are on guests disposal.
There are 12 bicycles available at guests' disposal for free.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.

Restaurants, markets and bus station are in the immediate proximity, bank and post office as well.

Bus lines run frequently to The Old City.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 7 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.
