On the ground floor, the holiday home offers a spacious living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed for 2 people, a modern, open and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a massage shower. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and a toilet with a vanity. The holiday home also offers a large, beautiful terrace and a garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the holiday home. You can play the popular game Lazer.at on the site. The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car. In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun! You can also reach the famous Wörthersee in approx. 15-20 kilometers by car. Directly in Liebenfels or in Sankt Veit an der Glan there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
