This detached holiday home is located in Mittersill in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland and is divided into 2 completely separate, modern holiday apartments, which you can rent individually or together.
This holiday apartment (semi-detached house) for a maximum of 10 people has a large living room with a sofa bed and direct access to a large terrace, an open fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find 3 modernly furnished bedrooms (one with 2 stackable beds), some with their own bathroom or shower. From the wonderful balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The holiday apartment also has a ski storage room, carport, washing machine and dryer and a garden with garden furniture.
Mittersill offers direct access to the well-known Kitzski ski area (Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill). From Mittersill, you can take the Kitzbüheler Alpen Panoramabahn directly to the Resterkogel mountain station with perfectly groomed slopes, numerous off-pistes and a snow park. The entire ski area offers 233 kilometers of slopes and can be reached via 11 access lifts. Mittersill and the surrounding area also offer many other sporting winter activities such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing.
Mittersill is known in summer for its many activities and its central location in Salzburgerland. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. In summer, the public outdoor pools in Mittersill and Stuhlfelden as well as the Hollersbach bathing lake offer lots of cooling off and swimming fun!
Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Date of stay: September 2024Im Untergeschoss müssten mal ein paar Dinge instandgesetzt werden. Türe, Schränke Tisch repariert und Stühle gesäubert werden. Die Küchenausstattung könnte um ein Backblech ergänzt werden. Im Obergeschoss war alles ordentlich und die Betten sehr bequem. Generell könnte vor der Anreise neuer Gäste der Staub in den Ecken entfernt und der Boden besser gewünscht werden. Das WLAN müsste auch Mal besser eingerichtet werden, es war schwer, das richtige Passwort heraus zu finden. Für den Preis war es aber in OK.

Date of stay: September 2021Het appartement was zoals beschreven. Foto's kwamen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Heel fijn dat elke slaapkamer een eigen douche en wastafel heeft.

Date of stay: June 2021 - July 2021We have been here a week and the space and location are perfect for what we need .however the wifi does not work upstairs, all the chairs are really grubby and need a good clean . The freezer door is broken and keeps falling out when you open the fridge. There is only one rack in the oven and no cooking trays. There is one cutting knife about 3cm long which makes preparing meals quite difficult. This could be a great place with a little bit more attention to detail.

Date of stay: August 2020Wij hebben 2 fijne werken vakantie gehad, waarvan 1 met onze familie die in het andere huis zaten. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er voor de week erna ook schone was werd gebracht!
