Ski areas nearby: Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See) - 14 km, Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) - 18 km, Maiskogel (Kaprun) - 14 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm - 27 km, Weißsee Gletscherwelt (Uttendorf) - 25 km, Wildkogel-Arena (Bramberg/Neukirchen) - 23 km and Kitzbühel - 44 km. These ski areas offer a wide variety of pistes for different levels of difficulty. Nearby excursion destinations include the Hohe Tauern National Park, the Krimml Waterfalls, Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoirs, the Kitzsteinhorn, the Ferleiten Wildlife Park, the Sigmund-Thun Gorge, Hohenwerfen Castle, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and the Tauern Spa Kaprun.
