In addition, there are 2 beautiful galleries, each with a high-quality sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people. The apartment also has a balcony and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building. The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time. In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

The whole house is a perfect place for 5/6 families/groupe of friends wanting to spend time together. This place is close and has an easy access by car to the Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach ski region.
