The two apartments on the first floor have a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person. The first apartment on the second floor has a living room with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person, the second apartment has a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person, both apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bunk bed for 1 person as well as a extra gallery with a high-quality sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people. In total, the holiday home offers 5 open fully equipped kitchens, 5 high-quality bathrooms, 4 balconies and 1 terrace. There is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (against payment) and bicycles (against payment). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.

The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time. In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

De chalet is ideaal voor zowel een gezin, als meerdere personen/gezinnen. De vijf verschillende appartementen kunnen elk afzonderlijk worden afgesloten of met elkaar in verbinding worden gezet. Op deze manier hadden wij als groep van 17 personen. Een plekje voor onszelf, maar ook de ruimte om samen te eten, spelletjes te spelen, … Ook qua voorziening van keukenmateriaal, badlinnen, voldoende tafels en stoelen,… is deze chalet dik inorde. A fantastic house! Very comfortable and functionally designed. We were 30 people - 7 families and each had an equally positive experience. The whole house consists of 5 apartments = 5 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, which is very important for such a number of people. The house is located in a quiet area, very comfortable beds. The apartment is equipped with all necessary dishes, towels and bed linen. Large ski room with a shoe dryer. Everything is new, modern and very well cared for. No hidden costs. The nearest ski resort is less than 15 minutes away. Another two - Kaprun and Saalbach within 25 minutes by car. Access is convenient and without traffic jams. In the house next door lives an extremely friendly and helpful owner. Very good contact - the host quickly responds to emails and text messages. Martin, thank you again for a great holiday and your help! We will gladly be back again!
