Ötztal Arena Ski area can be found nearby with the Sölden Ski lift in just 8 km. The nightlife can be enjoyed in just 4 km as well.



The cosy centrally heated apartment comes with a lot of relaxing features. It gives you access to the infrared sauna, massage shower, bathtub, bicycles (paid), parking, balcony and barbecue facility as well. It has a slide for kids as well.

Ouwbollig appartement. Was voor 6 personen maar dat is aan de erge krappe kant. Bed doorgezakt, lattenbodem die op en versleten is. Lattenbodem was al een langere tijd doorgezakt zo te zien aan de kapotte onderdelen. Lamp koelkast, lamp afzuigkap en buitenland balkon stuk. Kleine moeite om dit te vervangen maar dat vind de eigenaar niet belangrijk. Lekkage , schimmel plekken in badkamer. Tafel en vloer brand plekken en echt verouderd. Voor ons zeker geen 2e keer. Je betaald veel teveel voor dit krot.

Die Lage in Huben und Entfernung zum Skibus sind perfekt. Ausreichend Parkplätze und beheizter Skiraum sind vorhanden. Kinderfreundlich mit Stalleinblicken und frischen Hühnereiern. Auf Anfrage stehen Kinderbettchen + Bettzeug und -Wäsche, sowie Hochstuhl und Kinderbesteck kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Von der Ausstattung her war fast alles da (keine Mikrowelle), was man braucht. Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Klarspüler, Spülmaschinensalz, Spültabs, Abwaschlappen und Handseife müssen selber besorgt werden. Leider ist die Ferienwohnung sehr verbraucht und abgewohnt. Fernseher, Armaturen, Geschirr, Duschwände kaputt. Heizung funktionierte nicht auf Anhieb. Die Kühlschranktür ging von alleine auf, wenn man dran vorbei lief. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Polster und Handtücher waren fleckig, alter Kaffeesatz schimmelte in der Kaffeemaschine, Spinnennetze hingen von der Decke, Stockflecken in der Dusche, Essensreste von den Vorgängern auf dem Boden und Balkon.

Cold, ugly and dirty house. The (promised free) wifi was not working. The TV in my room was not working. No ladders/radiators in the bathrooms, so the bathrooms were the coldest rooms in the house. The showers damaged and full of mold. The bed linen old and all damaged, the zips torn apart. The floor heating - the floors always ice-cold. No radiators where to dry our wet ski clothes. Absolutely no value for the money.

Gelegen in klein dorpje waar in de zomer weinig te beleven is. Aanrader is om een summer card te nemen hiermee kun je alle liften gebruiken in het otstal, gratis met de bus, 't zwembad en aquadome in. Leuke tip voor gratis geweldige wandelroute: Rozengarten pad lopen in imst Längenfeld waterval tour
