Cold, ugly and dirty house. The (promised free) wifi was not working. The TV in my room was not working. No ladders/radiators in the bathrooms, so the bathrooms were the coldest rooms in the house. The showers damaged and full of mold. The bed linen old and all damaged, the zips torn apart. The floor heating - the floors always ice-cold. No radiators where to dry our wet ski clothes. Absolutely no.....
