This nice chalet enjoys a beautiful location and is built against a slope. This way, the entrance is on the living floor while the bedrooms and bathrooms can be found one floor below. The chalet is comfortable and fully furnished and finished with a lot of wood. This allows you to fully enjoy the Austrian atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a pleasant fireplace. The large windows from the floor to the roof provide a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities. You will find, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave and oven. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. One floor below, you will have four bedrooms at your disposal, two of which with an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There are three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The third bathroom features a bathtub, shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet on the landing. A wellness area with sauna, shower, washing machine and dryer completes the house. Outside, you will find a spacious south-facing balcony/terrace. There are two parking spaces at the chalet, one of which is covered. Good to know: the beds are made upon arrival. You have free access to the nearby swimming pool "Kristall". The ski bus stop is within walking distance.

Het gehuurde huisje was perfect en alles klopte volledig volgens de omscrhijving van belvilla. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Locatie is fantastisch en ook erg fijn dat de auto overdekt geparkeerd kon worden, scheelt een hoop krabben.<br/><br/><br/><br/>De ontvangst was helaas minder. De check-in zou tussen 16.00 en 18.00 zijn. Toen wij om 17.00 de sleutels wilde halen was ons huisje nog niet klaar en moesten we nog 10 minuten.....
