Do test out your skis on the Hintertux Glacier. The Mayrhofner Bergbahnen skiing area is 600 m away and the Zillertal Arena skiing area is 6 km away. You can easily reach both ski areas via the free ski bus, which leaves from the bus stop 100 m away. You can borrow a grill and board games from the landlord for free. Conversations must be had at a normal volume after 10 pm. WiFi can be used free of charge and House parties are not permitted.
