Description

This modern holiday home for a maximum of 10 people is located in Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

On the ground floor there is the living room with a large open kitchen as well as a bedroom and bathroom, on the first floor there are three more bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace with a beautifully landscaped garden. This house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is parking directly at the house.

Directly in Niedernsill you have the ski areas Nagelköpfl - Piesendorf with 2 kilometers of slopes and 3 lifts/cable cars and Niedernsill with 1 kilometer of slopes and 2 lifts/cable cars at your disposal, the well-known ski areas in Salzburgerland such as the glacier ski area in Kaprun, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn and the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

In summer you can of course enjoy everything that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer, such as the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and of course the numerous hiking and mountain biking opportunities. In addition, the bathing lake in Niedersill is a 5-minute walk from the holiday home and you can reach the Seespitz lido on Lake Zell in 15 minutes by car.

Restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.

Nach einer völlig reibungslosen Buchung über Belvilla, haben wir eine tolle Woche in den wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann und sowohl Sauberkeit bei Anreise wie auch die Menge an z.B. Geschirr ist super. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft super gerne weiter. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was perfect except one little thing. I use to spend holidays in Belvilla´s holidays homes from 2018 and this was the first time when we had to buy own toilet paper. It´s not a big deal, but when you arrive about 18:00 at the evening and all markets are already closed, you have no chance to buy this kind of stuff. It would be good if Belvilla will inform also about this things in advance (together with kitchen towels, bed linen, bath towels etc for example). House was clean and new. We spent great time here. :)

Family Stay -Large group-Perfect Home at Zell am See Region Home is located in Rustic and beautiful village Niedernsill.House owner Joop was very Helpful. Joop responded to all our queries on time either through email or Phone call,fantastic Response from him.Home had 4 Bedrooms ,so it was very good for a large families to stay.House is sparkling clean and beautiful views from windows.Car Parking is available.Wqashing Machine and Dryer is also available .

Het is lekker ruim huis om met zn 10e te verblijven. Daarnaast is ook alles lekker niet en je bent met ca 15min in zell am see en met ca 30min in saalbach

Das Haus war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Ein Bäcker ist ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der Badesee ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man hat in der Nähe sehr viel Attraktionen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Was will man mehr Die Gastgeber-Familie war sehr freundlich und nett.
