This comfortable holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in Mauerbach in Lower Austria, on the outskirts of Vienna in the western part of the Vienna Woods.

The outdoor pool (open from May to September) is located in the fenced garden.
Mauerbach is only 18 km from the city center of the Austrian capital Vienna. The Vienna Woods invite you to take wonderful walks and hikes, but also to go cycling. The Trail Center Vienna is in the immediate vicinity, where even more experienced mountain bikers get their money's worth. There are numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities in Mauerbach and the surrounding area.
In summer, the Wienerwaldbad in Purkersdorf, the Höpflerbad outdoor pool in Vienna and the bathing pond in Laxenburg offer lots of bathing fun!
The bus stop is right in front of the house, the nearest train station Vienna Bahnhof Hütteldorf is 5 km away and there are public parking spaces nearby.

Date of stay: February 2024bubbelbad was stuk regendouche was oud en lekte deed het niet meer zoals het zou moeten.bed was keihard dekbed flinterdun geen Donzen dekbed...In de tuin stond een zwembad was vies en niet te gebruiken maar staat wel in de advertentie..Bubbelbad lekte aan onderkant dit gelijk vermeld dag later kwam de monteur maar had het niet goed gemaakt en klaagde ook dat het eigenlijk oud was en aan vervanging toe was ...De tv was oud veel oude zenders verder prima hoor maar ons ook nog eens beschuldigen van het vermissen van een kussen en een deken???Erg jammer en komen voor ruim 950 euro niet meer terug en ons nu via bel villa aanklagen voor schade aan het bubbelbad belachelijk allemaal...

Date of stay: August 2023Tolle Wohnung in schöner Lage. Super freundliche Vermieterin. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden inklusive einer großen Auswahl an Brettspielen. Selbst Handtücher kann man sich gegen eine kleine Gebühr leihen. Die Terrasse mit Pool ist im Sommer traumhaft. Die Anbindung an die S-Bahn-Wien ist über Hadersdorf gegeben. Der Trail-Park Wien für Mountainbike-Enthusiasten ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Also alles gegeben für einen wunderbaren Mix aus Städtereise, Natur und Sport.

Date of stay: November 2022Es war eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett! Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig.
