The apartment offers a living room with a sofa bed and a comfortable seating area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms (one of which has either 2 single beds or a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Parking is available directly at the house. Bad Kleinkirchheim promises pure vacation! In addition to skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating or winter hiking, 2 thermal baths (Thermal Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein) invite you to immerse yourself. Bad Kleinkirchheim also offers an 18-hole golf course, many shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 cable cars and lifts, a kids slope, snow park and 4 ski schools. The ski and wellness shuttle is right in front of the holiday home (100 meters). Another ski area in the immediate vicinity is the Falkert Ski Park at the Heidi Alm mountain resort with 11 kilometers of slopes. In summer, Lake Millstatt, Lake Ossiach and the outdoor pools in the area offer plenty of bathing fun and can be reached in about 10-30 minutes by car.
