De ligging is prachtig, echter wij zaten op de benedenverdieping en ons appartement bevond zich naast de hoofdingang. Veel lawaai en geen privacy. Badlinnen wordt maar 1 keer verstrekt (2 handdoeken). De kamer en douche zijn prima. Veel wandelmogelijkheden en prachtige natuur.

We hadden een appartement gehuurd met balkon. Bij aankomst bleek het balkon op de begane grond te zijn! Het was slechts een klein stukje terras met toegang tot onze eigen deur en aan de weg!. Geen uitzicht naar het mooe Stubaital. Verder was het heel gehorig. Elk geluid van de buren of een toiletgang van de buren ( naast en boven) werd gehoord. Verder was er slechts 1 pan aanwezig, kapotte keukenkastjes. Niemand om je te ontvangen. En 3 hele dagen BOREN in beton. Dit appartement is Belvilla onwaardig.
