This apartment is also ideally located for business travelers, as the A12 freeway is only 14 minutes away from the location.

For children, the large asphalt front yard is ideal for playing, letting off steam and riding bikes. A garden table set for 6 people is ready for cozy evenings. In the bathroom there are enough towels and there is a separate toilet. The bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed and a bunk bed to pull out.
