The Seehaus is quietly located on a slope and yet only a few minutes' walk from the center of Reifnitz, a district of Maria Wörth. If you wish, there is a fresh “semmerl” service in the morning. Alternatively, breakfast is offered at an exclusive price in the village bakery in Reifnitz, a 5-minute walk away. Golf fans will also get their money's worth here - many exclusive golf offers can be booked on site. To make your journey as relaxed as possible, you can book a transfer in advance (train station and Klagenfurt airport, for a fee). The 40 km long cycle tour around the lake can be interrupted at any time for some sights along the way or for a cooling swim. The nearest hiking trail is only about 150 m and a Nordic walking route and the next cycle path are only 50 m away from the house. Nordic walking equipment can be provided in the house and cycling and hiking maps are available on site
