Very cozy farmhouse from the 18th century, furnished with authentic furniture, only ten kilometers from the Kiefersfelden-Kufstein border (515 m above sea level). This very special house is located on a 1,000 square meter property with fruit trees and a beautiful lawn and playground and offers you excellent opportunities for relaxation in the midst of a beautiful mountain world. In the garden it is wonderful to sit together at the rustic and covered bench. De woning is oud, maar prima onderhouden en schoon. Voor vakantiegangers met hond(en) ideaal vanwege de grote omheinde tuin en het nabijgelegen bos voor mooie wandelingen. Vriendelijke eigenaar/beheerder.

Das Haus ist standesgemäß mit älteren Möbeln eingerichtet. Das ist kein Nachteil, da es zu einem alten ehemaligen Bauernhof super passt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Es lief alles reibungslos. Sollte es doch einmal Probleme geben wohnt er gleich nebenan und das Problem kann angesprochen werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Wiederholung ist definitiv nicht ausgeschlossen.

Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal im Fankhaus und fühlen uns dort super wohl. Das Haus ist geräumig mit 5 Schlafzimmer und einem gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum. Ideal um es sich nach der Piste gemütlich zu machen.

The house is authentic. Spacious for a larger company. Clean. It is located in a strategically convenient place, 10 minutes by car to the Ski Welt region by ski lift. The host is easily accessible, very helpful.The price-quality ratio is good. I recommend it

Wir konnten uns eine Vignette kostenlos abholen, Allerdings galt diese Vignette nicht für den kompletten Urlaub,sondern nur für die ersten 10 Tage, Hier könnte TUI etwas kulanter sein und eine Vignette für den ganzen Urlaub miteinberechnen, Die Vermieter Familie Stoeckl waren sehr zuvorkommend, Am Ende wurde nachgefragt
