In winter you are just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking ski areas. The Kitzsteinhorn and the Schmittenhöhe are only 15 km away, and the Areitbahn in Zell am See is only 10 km away. Explore the groomed slopes and experience the thrill of skiing in the Alps. In summer, however, the Niedernsill bathing lake awaits you just 500 meters away. The best part is that our guests can enjoy free entry to this refreshing lake. Take the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear waters, sunbathe on the shore or enjoy water sports activities. Niedernsill train station is only 150 meters away, which makes traveling and exploring the area very convenient. And if you enjoy hiking or cycling, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby that you can enjoy amidst the breathtaking Alpine landscape.
