The flat also offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer. (Sauna for Top 2 and Top 3 shared use) The tenants have free use of the flat terrace and the terrace furniture. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbüheler Horn. In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee lake resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants (1.5 km).
