Up to 4 people feel comfortable in the 47m² apartment. The holiday apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer available), a kitchenette and a balcony/terrace. You can enjoy a restful sleep in the comfortable double bed, and there is space for two people on the double sofa bed in the 29m² living-dining area. The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped, including a freezer compartment and dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. A small starter set with dishwashing tabs, dishwashing liquid (20ml), sponge, garbage bag, cleaning cloth and tea towel will be ready for your arrival.

The apartment is located right next to the SkiWelt Hopfgarten ski slope. The ski lift can be reached within 2 minutes on foot. In winter, Kitzbühel is known for lots of snow, groomed slopes and the winter fairytale right in the city. No wonder, because the gentle mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps are a real treat for hikers and mountain lovers. Even in summer, Kitzbühel has a lot to offer, from natural lakes to via ferratas and mountain bike trails.
