The location is beautiful and quiet, just outside the small village of Presseggersee. From here you can go straight into the forest to enjoy nature. And there are numerous summer activities possible, e.g. rafting, tobogganing, mountain biking and of course the adventure park on Lake Presseggersee. And trips to Italy and Slovenia are also possible. Venice, for example, is only a two-hour drive away. For ski fans there is the Nassfeld winter sports area (15 km).
