Spanning four floors and approximately 400 square meters, this exclusive chalet comfortably accommodates 8 adults and 4 children, with an additional staff bedroom ideal for a nanny. The entrance hall, with hand-made terracotta tiles, leads to a grand drawing room featuring an open fireplace, antique Austrian furniture, and a library. The traditional Austrian *Stube* dining area seats 12-14 guests, complemented by a cozy wood stove. A TV room/study and guest toilet are also located on this floor.

The chalet offers five thoughtfully designed bedrooms across its upper floors. On the first floor, two en-suite double bedrooms feature beautiful exposed wood beam ceilings, balcony access, and one with a fireplace and walk-in wardrobe.
