The centre is 500 m walk from the property and you will find cosy restaurants and a supermarket for daily necessities. Be sure to take a ride on the Oetz-Hochoetz mountain railway. This takes you from 813 metres up to a unique hiking area at over 2000 metres altitude.

The holiday home is on the 1st floor, is well cared for and has a balcony from where you enjoy a beautiful view. The house also has a terrace, sun/playground and garden furniture. There is a swing, sandpit and table tennis table for the children. The country house is located next to the petting zoo where you can see rabbits, dwarf goats, chickens and the 2 ponies Laila and Jessica.
