This beautiful detached holiday home for a maximum of 7 people is located in the town of Wernberg in Carinthia, near Villach, between Lake Ossiach, Lake Faak and Lake Wörthersee and near the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area.

The holiday home offers a large living room with dining table and seating area/sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered terrace on the ground floor, another living/bedroom, a small kitchen and a balcony on the upper floor, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 levels. The holiday home also has an infrared sauna and a washing machine. In the garden there is a trampoline, a pool (open from May to September), garden furniture and sun loungers. You can park directly under the carport (with e-charging station) and there is also the option to rent bicycles and e-bikes (free of charge).

Wernberg is located in the Ossiacher Tauern in the Villach-Land region, in the border triangle of Austria-Italy-Slovenia, between Lake Ossiach, Lake Faak and Lake Wörthersee. In Föderlach there is the Wernberg lakeside adventure pool with 8000 m2 of water and a large lawn. There are numerous hiking, cycling and running trails in the area around Wernberg. The Drau cycle path, which also runs through Wernberg, is particularly popular, and with a year-round total offer on 11000 m2, the KärntenTherme in Villach offers the most modern adventure world with various pools and saunas in the south of Austria.

The Gerlitzen Alpe ski area offers 20 lifts and 52 kilometers of slopes with a total of 32 ski runs on the 1911 meter high panoramic mountain and can be reached within approximately 35 minutes by car.

Directly in Wernberg or in Villach there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super. Viel Platz, sehr gemütlich, tolle Ausstattung und eine sehr gute Lage. Der Vermieter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wurde ein Brötchenservice geboten und der Ofen wurde angemacht dass man gemütlich aufgewacht ist und im warmen gefrühstückt hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es reichlich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein größeres Einkaufszentrum gab es auch c.a 15 min entfernt mit dem Auto, also alles in allem eine super Lage. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für Familien als aber auch für eine Jugendgruppe.
