Description:
This combination of 3 chalets for a maximum of 24 people is located in Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia, near the center and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The 3 chalets have a total of 12 bedrooms, each have a large living room with a separate seating area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 3 bathrooms, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a terrace. You can park directly at the chalets (carport) and a washing machine and dryer are also available. This ski-in/ski-out chalet is approximately 100 meters from the ski lift, which takes you directly to the Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area, a small ski area with 6 km of ski slopes and 37 km of cross-country ski trails Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourism region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool ( Aquarena water and wellness oasis). Other ski areas in the region include the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes. Also visit the Wolayersee and the Frischenkofel to experience the impressive mountains and lakes. In summer, the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!
