Description

Located in a tranquil setting, this is a 4-bedroom apartment in Sankt Johann im Pongau. Outside, you will find a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals and the beautiful view of the valley.



The apartment has Alpine pastures and forests all around. There is a practice slope right next to the home, though without a lift, and also a toboggan run. You can reach the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area in no time if you get on the ski bus that stops 700 m away. While several restaurants are present at 2 km, the grocery stores and town center are 3 km away.



The ground-floor apartment has central heating. There is a modern living room with an open-plan kitchen, big enough for everyone to eat together. You can walk or rest in the sunshine in the shared garden. Children can romp to their hearts' content in the snow around the home. A sandpit play equipment, and table football setup is also present for kids. Parking is available.

Prima huis. Alles is redelijk nieuw en schoon. Goede bedden. Inrichting keuken in orde behalve bierglazen en borrelglaasjes. Bierglazen hebben we aangeschaft. Eierdoppen hebben als borrelglazen gefungeerd.

Waren über Silvester dort zum Ski fahren, mit 8 Personen. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Toller Blick auf St Johann, Alpendorf und rundherum. Nette Vermieter. Nächster Lift ist in Alpendorf, dahin fährt man einige Minuten. Straße zum Haus kann im Winter etwas Probleme bereiten, Ketten sind empfehlenswert.

Heerlijke korte ski vakantie in een mooie omgeving.

Ons verblijf in appartement Reithgut is reuze meegevallen. Wij waren met negen volwassenen en hadden dit verblijf uitgekozen door de ligging nabij Alpendorf. De weg naar het verblijf is steil en als er sneeuw ligt op de rijbaan zoals bij ons is het opletten. Alpendorf ligt op een zestal kilometer. Nadeel is dat het dorp niet veel te bieden heeft qua apres-ski, dit in tegenstelling tot Wagrain en vooral Flachau. Naar deze dorpen is het echter een flink eind rijden. Het verblijf zelf is proper, de eigenares is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De foto's op de site geven een enigszins vertekend beeld. De woning die te zien is op de foto's is deze van de eigenaars, de appartementen liggen achteraan. Er is een koer waar de auto's kunnen staan en een opbergruimte voor de ski's en schoenen. Je merkt wel dat je op een boerderij verblijft maar dit heeft zeker zijn charme. De keuken was niet deze van op de foto en net groot genoeg voor negen personen te laten plaatsnemen aan tafel. De kamers en bedden waren super, totaal geen klachten over. Alles bij elkaar een goed verblijf voor groepen en gezinnen!!
