The country house, which you have entirely to yourself, is divided into 2 apartments, located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Both apartments have their own entrance, making the house ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both apartments are spacious and modernly furnished, although atmospheric Austrian details have not been forgotten. The tasteful living rooms, each with an open kitchen, offer plenty of space. In addition, there are a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms at your disposal. From the balconies you have a unique view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In summer you can also use the large garden and there is parking available directly at the house. In Zell am See - Kaprun, the Ski Alpin Card offers a total of 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 top ski areas: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus has a large number of varied slopes. In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away.
