Huisje is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Tv kan je niet echt gebruiken vr dvd en het aanrecht is aan het afbrokkelen. Zo ook de oven is vuil en aan vernieuwing toe. Schimmel in de badkmer en veel ongedierte. Buiten het terras is niet bruikbaar. En veel lawaai van de eignaar zelf.
