Good location. Not far from the Spa racing circuit. The recreation room is great. It has a BBQ, different games and kitchen. Unfortunately the recreation room is not part of the house. The first and second floor of the house is for the guests. The flour level is for the owner of the house. Basically you can use the stairs to the owners place inside the house. A bit awkward.
