Het huis is ideaal gelegen en de kamers zijn ok. Maar dit huis is totaal niet onderhouden, vensters die niet deftig sluiten, alles jaren 70. Kinderstoeltje met sport af, losse tegels op een trap, keukengerei dat totaal onvoldoende was (4 koffielepels voor 30p) de kloppers van een mixer die er niet was, 4 aanstekers voor het gasvuur waarvan geen enkele functioneerde, tot op de draad versleten terrasstoelen,.....
