It is ideal for a group or families with children to enjoy the sauna for 3, the infrared sauna, and bubble bath. The ski area of Ovifat is at 500 m. Enjoy peaceful walks in the High Fens nature reserve. Visit the lake of Robertville and take a walk through the Bayehon valley at 1 km. You can also explore towns of Malmedy, Stavelot, and Spa within 24 km. There is a forest at 200 m to explore the wildlife. Supermarket is located at a distance of 11 km. You can find good restaurants nearby at 1 km. Central heating provides a cozy ambiance. The sitting room is spacious for 6 people to gather and have fun with movies and music with the warmth of the fireplace. The home provides a high chair and children's bed. You can enjoy a barbecue from the furnished garden. 1 pet can accompany you at 20/Stay. Check-in between 4 and 6 PM and check-out between 9 and 10 AM. Please note that the house is rented without reception service, sheets and towels. Note: General condition of sale by way of exception to the general rule, your contracts generated by the rental of the lodges are taxed objectively as follows: - 90% of the rent will be collected as real estate income (i.e. the building and its contents, kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.) - 10% will be as movable income (furniture, sofas, tables, chairs, beds, etc.

Nice little house, excellent facilities. Clean. Excellent neighbourhood!<br/><br/>Unfortunately there was no wood for the fire, but it could be used.<br/><br/>Although it was not our first aim, we used the jacuzzi, sauna and IR room every day.<br/><br/>Don't forget to bring ALL consumables.
