La villa est très bien située, près de la plage et des magasins. 4 voitures peuvent se garer gratuitement le long du bâtiment et une devant l'entrée. Les espaces communs sont très grands et permettent d'accueillir sans problème 20 personnes. Le billard et le baby-foot ont fait beaucoup d'heureux. Le foyer dans la véranda ne fonctionne pas.
