Also visit the brewery La Ferme au Chêne, where the famous Marckloff beer is brewed: an amber colored beer with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Of course there is also a cheese from the beer of the same name. In winter this is a wonderful ski area. The most famous Alpine ski runs are Baraque de Fraiture (27km) and Val de Wanne (36km). Cross-country skiing is possible in the nearby Odeigne (25 km), Samrée (22 km) and Vecmont (29 km), all less than half an hour away.
