This completely renovated holiday home combines modernity with authenticity in a country house that is more than 2 centuries old. It has a nice environment and it is ideal for families. Enjoy a lovely walk along the Ninglinspo, a beautiful mountain river, or visit the nice center (1.3 km). A visit to the Butgenbacher lake is also very worthwhile. The small castle is located at the foot of a hill and is equipped with a sauna for 4 persons. A stream flows in front of the house and you can relax on one of the 2 terraces with garden furniture, a climbing frame and a barbecue. The villa has central heating and you can completely relax, both in summer and winter.

Mooi netjes huis met alles dr op en dr aan, in het dorp zelf niet veel te doen maar in 2 minuten rijden kom je in Aywaille waar meer dingen te doen zijn.<br/><br/>Overigens wat problemen gehad met geluidsoverlast terwijl dit wel mee viel, beetje zeikerige buren dus.
