Ondanks navragen blijkt er geen tuin aanwezig. Alleen een groot balkon aan de slaapkamers vast en een klein terrasje voor de woonkamer, waar geen tuinmeubilair staat. De slaapkamers en het balkon zijn te bereiken via een steile wenteltrap. Inrichting van het huis is verder prima.
