Description

This wonderful vacation home in Namur has a lovely terrace and it is located in a beautiful area. The property has a bike shed, free bikes and it is ideal for families.

The accommodation is located in a quiet, serene place. The surroundings are excellent for hiking or cycling, for example along the banks of the Meuse. There is a wide range of activities available in the area and a visit to La Citadelle de Namur is certainly not to be missed.

The spacious living room radiates peace and comfort. The bathrooms are very complete and the large garden has a terrace where you can spend the afternoon relaxing with a drink and a good book. You can park along the hedge.

Please keep the peace and quiet after 22:00 and at night turn off the outside light for the neighbors.

Tips Owner

Please do NOT park your car in front of the garage door. This entrance must remain free at all times. Cars should be parked in front of the hedge next to our garden, on the left side of the street, and never in front of our neighbours. A very important reminder: The fireplace may NOT be used. You are kindly requested not to touch the automatic control box, as there is a risk of the oil boiler failing. Please put the key back in the key safe when you leave.

We didn’t expect it would be this perfect. At arrival we were stunned by the view. Which you can really enjoy from the lazy seats on the veranda. The house was very luxurious and had everything you need and more. The cats were a great extra. Also the kitchen was more than we hoped for. Great (and fun) communication with the owner. We will definitely come back and stay a little longer because three days was way too short.

Wij hebben genoten van dit mooie huis. We waren met ons 6 en en hadden alle ruimte. Het huis was netjes en schoon. Het was ook een erg mooie omgeving, de stad Namen is zeker een bezichtiging waard. We hadden goed contact met de eigenaar, als we vragen hadden werden we gelijk geholpen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

De locatie was rustig en praktisch gelegen, de ruimtes waren groot genoeg. Het meubilair kon echter wel een update gebruiken. De stoelen en de zetel waren wankel en/of doorgezakt en vooral bepaalde bedden waren niet comfortabel. Ook was niet alles even proper bij aankomst. Geen slecht verblijf, maar ook niet echt een aanrader.

Heel fijn huis, het was aangenaam vertoeven! Ideaal voor 4 tot 6 personen. Zeer rustige straat. Goeie bedden, mooie badkamer boven!

Leuk huis op een prachtige, rustige locatie maar toch ook vlakbij supermarkt en bakker. Mooie inrichting en alles is voorzien, je moet zelf weinig meenemen.

Het is een mooi groot vakantiehuis maar er zijn heel wat gebreken: niet goed onderhouden en we moeten alles zelf uitzoeken (hoe de koffiemachine werkt, de vaatwasser, de televisie ...). De eigenaars hebben we niet gezien bij aanvang van ons verblijf, ook niet nadat we belden met een probleem (dat had de dame nochtans wel beloofd). Er is erg weinig servies en bestek aanwezig, zeker als je bedenkt dat het huis voor 8 personen bedoeld is. Alle keukengerei ligt niet geordend, moesten we her en der gaan zoeken. De infomap is erg beperkt. Bakken voor sorteren van afval zijn niet te vinden op de aangegeven plaats ... kortom, een veel te hoge prijs voor wat je krijgt! Eén pluspunt is de mooie ruime badkamer boven.
