This unique water mill has been carefully renovated to include wellness and a delightful location. It boasts breathtaking views of the spacious garden, along the small stream l'Eau d'Heure, and it is very suitable for a family reunion.
Baillonville Water Mill is just a 10-minute drive from medieval Durbuy, in an area great for hiking. The stream 'l'Eau d'Heure' flows into the Ourthe a few kilometres away.
With a very spacious kitchen with dining table, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and rain showers, this holiday house combines the authenticity of a water mill with modern comfort. There is a recreation room with billiards and table football and you can relax at night in front of the flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are en suite, except for the 2 children's bedrooms.
Drinks, food and ball games are not allowed in the pool area and quietness should be respected at all times.

Date of stay: January 2024Het huis is modern en sfeervol ingericht. Het zwembad was heel populair bij de kinderen en ook overzichtelijk doordat we er vanuit de woonkeuken zicht op hadden. Minpunten waren de sauna die, ondanks dat er een monteur langs is geweest niet aan te krijgen was. Instructies ontbraken en ook na een aantal keer mailen met de receptie konden ze niet de juiste instructies mailen. Verder wordt de waarborg, een flink bedrag pas 2 weken na vertrek teruggestort. En op de website van belvilla staat dat 1 huisdier is toegestaan. Dit bleek bij het online inchecken niet zo te zijn. Daardoor is een deel van de familie niet meegegaan omdat er geen oppas voor de hond geregeld kon worden op het laatste moment.
