Group accommodation for 20 people located in the holiday park 'Résidence Durbuy' in the middle of nature and yet only 3 km from Durbuy.
On the ground floor: professionally equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, worktop, hobs, microwave), living room (TV, DVD, CD, wood stove), veranda with dining room and relaxation area (billiards, kicker) 2 Wc" s. 1st floor: 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x bunk bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 x 1 pers.) + 1 dormitory (2 x bunk beds + 2 x bunk beds of 3 levels) Private sauna, 2 bathrooms each with bath/shower and WC, 3 separate showers with washbasin and 1 WC. The beer tap is decorative (does not work)
The dining room can welcome up to 40 people. Free Wi-Fi and pets allowed.
Large terrace with garden furniture and table tennis. Central heating.
Tenants can use all the facilities of the park: shared outdoor swimming pool (open June-July-August), playground, tennis court, DVD loan.
Reopening of the indoor swimming pool of Durbuy planned for Saturday 1 April (for a fee at the swimming pool counter) Bathing cap and swimming trunks required (no shorts).
The swimming pool is owned by the municipality of Durbuy. The landlord is not responsible for any closure or change of the timetable.

Date of stay: December 2023Bij aankomst bij Résidence Durbuy bleken de open haard, 3 van de 6 kookplaten, een aantal lichtpunten en de TV (ontbrekend antennesnoer) in onze vakantiewoning niet te werken. Diverse stoelen bleken kapot te zijn. Deurkrukken waren afgebroken. Dit werd ons meegedeeld of het de gewoonste zaak van de wereld was: geen excuses, geen korting, gewoon accepteren. Hoewel in de algemene voorwaarden staat dat bij inlevering van de sleutel bij vertrek de borg aan de balie verrekend zal worden, is dit niet gebeurd en heeft men zelfs na twee weken nog niets van zich laten horen. Durbuy en omgeving zijn prachtig. Dat kunnen we helaas van ons verblijf in Résidence Durbuy niet zeggen.
