The spacious living room, complete with cozy seating and a dining area, pairs with a fully-equipped kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. Step out onto your private terrace for picturesque views of meadows, the river, or the woods.

The villa features an adaptive entrance through a courtyard, ensuring easy access for those with mobility challenges. Inside, the master bedroom offers a double bed and an adapted bathroom with a luxurious island bath. The second bedroom includes two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Circulation paths within the villa and shared facilities are flat and accessible. While some forest paths may be challenging based on weather conditions, an access map is available to guide you. All restaurant and market entrances are also designed with accessibility in mind. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, board games, and books.

Located just 15 km south of Tournai and easily reachable from Lille, Brussels, Paris, and London, The Bayleaf is perfect for exploring hiking trails or indulging in massages and skin treatments. A multipurpose hall is available for meetings and seminars.

For convenience, the villa offers secure parking with electric car charging points and bike storage. Please note that resort roads are motorized-vehicle-free, but golf cars and bicycles can be rented. Fishing and swimming are not permitted. Your Nature is never far away! With high-speed roads and TGV stations close to the property, Your Nature is easy to reach. There are regular trains from London, Lille, Brussels and Rotterdam to Tournai station. 1.2 km from the E42 motorway from the exit 31/31bis. 2 high-speed train stations: Lille at 25 minutes and Brussels at 1 hour. 3 airports: Lille is 25 minutes away, Charleroi 40 minutes away, Brussels 1 hour away. There is a 430-space car park at the entrance of the site. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de leaf-accommodatie voor zes personen, Het was erg schoon en goed onderhouden (hopelijk respecteren de vakantiegangers de plek), De kamers zijn mooi, met bad of douche, en handdoeken en douchegel zijn inbegrepen, De bedden zijn comfortabel, met schone lakens en kussens, zonder sporen of haren, In de accommodatie is er echte wifi voor alle gasten, met een groot aantal tv-zenders en Chromecast, Een Illy-koffiemachine, een echte oven, een magnetron en een vaatwasser zijn ook aanwezig, Het zwembad is goed onderhouden, met een glijbaan en een opblaasbaar parcours in het grote zwembad, plus een buitenzwembad en een klein verwarmd zwembad voor kinderen, Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, De huurprijzen zijn aantrekkelijk en bieden een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, Je kunt je fietsen zonder problemen ophangen, wat ik zeker aanraad, Na het bezoeken van campings, hotels en vakantieparken kan ik deze plek ten zeerste aanbevelen, Goed gedaan!
