The two apartments on the ground floor and on the upper floor each have 2 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen and a beautiful terrace with awning and sea view. The well-known Zaton Holiday Resort is nearby and also offers guests from outside the resort (for a fee) many sports, leisure and entertainment options.
A water sports center with diving school, tennis courts, a small golf course and mini golf, trampolines and slides are part of the offer, along with a few restaurants and bars. You can walk to everything important in a few minutes from the holiday apartment: beach, shopping, cafés, walking and cycling paths. The historic small town of Nin is 2 km away, there are also some larger supermarkets for shopping. The center of northern Dalmatia, the port city of Zadar and the airport can be reached in a few minutes by car from Zaton.
