Newly built (2022) exclusive holiday villa with heated pool, on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Privlaka in a small hamlet surrounded by trees and green vegetation. Here the birds sing their daily song and let you dream while you relax on vacation! The various sandy beaches of Privlaka and Sabunike are about 1 - 3 km away. The villa combines modern glass and traditional stone architecture and offers space for 4 - 6 people over two floors. On the first floor there are to large bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the ground floor you find a large, tasteful living room with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden is fenced and mostly surrounded by a high wall, so that you can enjoy the private atmosphere on the terrace with barbecue and swimming pool in the small village of Donji Begonjici at any time. The restaurants, cafes and shops in the center of Privlaka are between 1 - 2 km away. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen and towels, WiFi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, tourist tax, registration fee. Activities in the area: Privlaka is a popular bathing resort with some beautiful sandy beaches, good restaurants and extensive cycling and walking paths. The historic small town of Nin and the island of Vir are also very close by, where you will find more beautiful bathing beaches and a good range of water sports and excursion activities. Near Nin is one of the most popular stretches of coast for kite surfers, and for those interested in culture the town has some ancient sights and the Salt Museum. On the neighboring island of Vir, which is connected by a bridge, music events often take place in the summer, and an exchange school offers courses and diving trips. Some captains sail with their motor boats in the summer season to the islands around Zadar to watch the dolphins and to the Kornati national park. Mobility: not suitable for persons with limited mobility.
